Pendragon Meat uses only the finest cuts of quality beef, together with our own traditional South African blend of spices, used to cure the beef and enhance its natural flavors.  Salt and vinegar is used for preserving the meat and no additional sugar is added.

100g of beef will results in 50g of air-dried Biltong, which has a remarkable 22g of protein. Biltong’s has practically no carbs making it fit for a variety of diets. Biltong is also an ideal low-calorie snack, and a rich source of iron.
